For Females 18+

The Women’s Mental Health Wellbeing Project is a weekly women’s group that meets on Thursdays at Highfields Library 10am - 12pm. We welcome all women interested in maintaining their mental health wellbeing.

We offer a variety of informative, fun and engaging activities such as arts and crafts, training, outings, self care activities to increase mental health awareness, develop resilience and maintain mental health wellbeing.

We also provide advice and a listening service and work in partnership with NHS, Health and Voluntary and Community organisations to provide information and inform the group of other services and where to get help.
