We offer a combination of support to individuals on the telephone, online and in person.

Advice & Information - A telephone or an in person confidential service offering basic advice and information, signposting and referring individuals to relevant services.

Active Listening Service – A confidential, non-judgmental listening service accessible via telephone or in person that enables people to talk about their concerns and mental health problems.

Mental Health Conversations (Groups & Events) – Face to face and online sessions facilitated by a mental health expert to gain support, talk about your mental health and develop resilience.

Mental Health Awareness - Online or face to face workshops and training sessions delivered by mental health experts and mental health trainers.

Monthly Debt & Managing Money Sessions – Our Specialist Caseworker provide information, advice and support.

Self-Care & Mental Wellbeing – We offer a variety of activities that can enhance and maintain mental wellbeing such as arts and crafts, poetry, spending time with nature, mindfulness, physical activities and social activities.
